Mission and Purpose

Arica Institute’s mission is to disseminate trainings and practices based on Oscar Ichazo’s Integral Philosophy to meet the existential challenges of our times consciously and ethically.

The overarching goal of the Institute and the Arica School^® is to help individuals navigate the complexities of modern life, foster a sense of unity, and promote a more interconnected and harmonious existence.

The Arica Institute emphasizes that our work is not only for individual growth but also for the realization of a united humanity, addressing both personal and collective existential needs.

Arica Training Sponsors play a central organizational and ethical role in facilitating Arica Institute group trainings.

Upholding Ethical Standards:
Arica Training Sponsors are required to embody and enforce the Arica Institute’s Integral Ethics, including Self-responsibility, Commitment, Integrity, Brotherhood, Dedication, Acceptance, Perseverance, Loyalty, culminating in Unity. When embodied as an orientation toward The Good for all humanity, the nine points are expressed as higher behavioral manifestations.
