About Bay Area Trainings

Since 1995 Bay Area Trainings (BAT) has offered introductory Arica® programs in both one and two-day formats as well as “Open Houses” to introduce our neighbors to the Integral Arica System. In the past year BAT has held introductory meetings to introduce the Arica Method and has hosted three presentations of the Arica Nine Ways of Zhikr Ritual™. Marcia presents runthroughs of the Arica meditation exercise series Psychocalisthenics® (P-Cals®) daily on Zoom.

If you, or your community, would like a preview of the Arica Work, Bay Area Trainings can arrange an in-person or online event for you.

If you have any questions about the Arica School® and the Arica Work please contact us at the link below.
