We are stuck in patterns and endless cycles of repetitive behaviour, causing us constant suffering and a feeling of being trapped.

The self-diagnosis (Autodiagnosis) method practiced in The Arica Fixations Training provides us with the recognition and understanding of our three Fixations, or Trifix™, using clearly–defined maps. Specific enneagrams and their application are used for clarification from our endless subjective processes of suffering into a level of witnessing our process objectively and clearly.

During the training, three meditations will be practiced. These meditations provide knowledge about the Fixations; the experience of Unity with others in the training and humanity at large; and the embodiment of a higher State of Mind that will awaken another perspective in you.

With the understanding provided by the training, the processes of life will become less demanding as your process is naturally reduced by specific knowledge, understanding and awareness, allowing your True Essential Nature to arise.

As with all the trainings of the School, this training is offered for the benefit of all and the realization of Humanity-One or a united humanity.

Nine Hypergnostic Systems™

The purpose of the Hypergnostic training is to awaken our ability to release the emotional charge of past experiences and enter a higher perspective. This is accomplished through objective self-observation by entering into states of contemplation, developing the Witness, and obtaining a deep pacification with our life experience.

The Nine Hypergnostic Systems training is a two-week intensive retreat which consists of a daily routine of exercise, clarification of one’s process, meditation, and ceremonies.

The nine Hypergnostic Systems are foundational to the Arica teachings and practice for understanding and analyzing the precise parameters of our psyche and developing the internal Witness. An important aspect of this 14–day Training is the awakening of our chi or Kath energy for increasing our vital energy.

The word Hypergnostic is derived from the Greek words Hyper (over or above) and Gnosis (knowledge), meaning transcendental knowledge. These nine systems consist of three Instincts, four Functions, and two Poles.

The Conservation Instinct is the instinct for self-preservation and corresponds to our relationship with our mother and to our digestive system.

The Relation Instinct is the instinct for relating with others and is connected to our relationship with our father and to our circulatory and respiratory systems.

The Adaptation Instinct is the instinct with which we adapt to our surroundings and environment and is associated with our relationships with our siblings and children and to our central nervous system.

The four Functions — Space, Time, Expression, and Coordination — are the ways in which our Instincts interact with society.

Our entire psyche is supported by the Sexual Pole — our vitality, and the Spiritual Pole — our sense of identity and unity.

The Nine Hypergnostic Systems group training is a daily routine of exercise, clarification of past experiences (karma), meditation and ceremonies. Psychocalisthenics®, Kath Generation, and the Fire Exercise directly increase our vital energy, tone our bodies, and give us a sense of physical stability. The emotional charge of karma is released through self-observation, using specific questions and concomitant associations for each of the nine points of the Enneagram of the Hypergnostic Systems. The meditations for improving awareness, contemplation and one-pointedness include Psychic Space meditation, Hypergnostic Meditation and the Desert” — a day and a half of solitude and self-observation. Through the “Eyes of Karma” ceremony, we can obtain a deep sense of pacification with our parents, our children, and our life experience in general.

The Original Arica Trainings™

The Original Arica Trainings I™

The Original Arica Trainings I is composed of six trainings across a 10–day training format. The trainings provide a Way of Transcendence through the exercises and meditations practiced, as the Objective Witness is awakened, freeing you from suffering, attachment, and endless mind and ego processes.

The Original Arica Trainings integrate the Arica Mentations, Autodiagnosis, Levels of Consciousness, Doors of Compensation, Four Functions of Reality, and the Domains of Consciousness trainings.

The Original Arica Trainings II™

This 10–day training includes Autodiagnosis, Levels of Consciousness, Doors of Compensation, Four Functions of Reality and the Domains of Consciousness trainings. Instead of the Arica Mentations training, two days are focused on Review.

The Original Arica Trainings III™

This 11–day training is includes the Arica Mentations, Autodiagnosis, Levels of Consciousness, Doors of Compensation, Four Functions of Reality, and the Domains of Consciousness trainings, also two days of Review.

Arica Way of the Heart™

The Arica Way of the Heart training has the purpose of expanding the State of Pure Divine Love in our hearts.

We all search for real love, and the practice provided in this training awakens an experience of a deep and abiding love for all humankind, giving us true happiness, fulfillment, joy, and love in our lives.

The Arica Way of the Heart training leaves us with an open heart, full of love for all humanity. This work gives us transforming methods that allow us to continue generating this State of Pure Love in our lives for the benefit of all.

The Arica Way of the Heart training presents profound, yet easy–to–practice methods (tools) that give each of us an awakening of real love in our hearts. Introductory material makes each aspect of the training understandable and straightforward. Self-observation processes provide the way to recognize beliefs that obscure love in our life.

Meditations affirm and support our experience of Pure Love.

Group work allows us to unite together in a State where ALL IS LOVE is found.

Relaxation exercises ensure we can embody love at an in–depth and most meaningful level. Mantram will resound in our hearts as we enter States of joy and happiness.

Arica Mentations Training™

The purpose of the Arica Mentations Training is to provide a method that unites body and mind into the clarity of a complete thought.

Thought is not the result of just one specialized organ, the brain. In the Arica Mentations Training, we learn to divide and differentiate the body into twelve parts, each of which provides information about reality, producing a unified sequence that is basic to the way our mind structures thought.

Thought can be analyzed in twelve Mentations. All twelve Mentations are needed to provide a complete thought. In the Arica Mentations Training, we learn how the twelve parts of the body provide us with our perceptions of reality, producing a unified sequence that is the way our mind intuitively structures thought.

You will learn and experience the Mentations through a variety of exercises that include meditations, descriptions of the anatomy and cognitive function of each Mentation, clarification exercises, breathing exercises, and bodywork. The twelve Mentations have a systematic correlation with the senses, organs and limbs, providing questions of analysis for each of the Mentations, changing our linear thinking into a multidimensional pattern capable of completely and clearly analyzing any specific situation. Then, with practice, the clarification of the Mentations provides clear, objective, and spontaneous responses to reality.
