Integral EthicsThe Arica School, including its organizations, Arica Institute, and The Oscar Ichazo Foundation, is aligned with the nine Integral Ethics and the principle that the Arica Teachings are available to every person who is interested in benefiting from the Arica curriculum. Given this basic condition, all conduct, activities and deliberations of Arica and its organizations’ employees, Sponsors, Organizers, Profactors, training team members, support staff, and volunteers, and the conduct of members of the public participating in Arica programs, will be guided by the nine Integral Ethics and the Arica Code of Conduct. Wellness Guidelines

The Board of Arica Institute has produced Wellness and Infectious Disease Guidelines for face-to-face programs hosted by either Arica Institute Sponsors or The Oscar Ichazo Foundation Organizers in group trainings and practices.

The guidelines are intended to significantly reduce the risk of serious infections in all face-to-face situations in which the Arica Work occurs. The longer residential trainings offered by Arica Institute, in which there is frequent and sustained contact between participants over a period of up to two weeks, are subject to the strictest regulation. These guidelines reduce but do not eliminate the risk of infection from viruses that cause infectious diseases.
